Job Role

We are hiring an

Interior Designer - Sales

who can handle client meetings, convert interior leads into sales, and coordinate with internal teams. This is a

sales-oriented role with revenue targets

, not a pure design position.

Key Responsibilities

Attend assigned interior leads and client meetings in Gurugram Understand customer requirements, budgets, and timelines Present design ideas and explain materials, finishes, and pricing Prepare quotations and assist in deal closures Regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed projects Coordinate with design and execution teams after closure
Required Skills

Knowledge of residential interior design concepts Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills Understanding of modular kitchens and full-home interiors AutoCAD / 3D software knowledge is an advantage, not mandatory Comfortable working with monthly targets
Eligibility

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or relevant background preferred 1-5 years experience in interior sales or design-sales roles Gurgaon-based candidates or those willing to commute
Compensation

Fixed Salary + High Incentives Salary depends on experience and closing performance Fast growth for consistent performers
