About the Role:

We are seeking an articulate and customer-focused

Sales Telecaller

to represent our luxury brand and products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a refined sense of service, and the ability to build trust-based relationships with discerning clients. You will play a key role in promoting our premium offerings, nurturing leads, and ensuring an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with high-value clients and prospects through outbound and inbound calls to introduce luxury products and services. Understand clients' preferences, lifestyles, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable products. Follow up with potential clients, maintain rapport, and ensure a seamless pre- and post-sales experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, call logs, and lead status reports in CRM systems. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding brand integrity. Coordinate with the marketing and showroom teams to support client conversions and exclusive promotions. Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback with utmost professionalism and discretion. Represent the brand's tone, aesthetics, and values in every interaction.

Experience:

1-4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service within the

luxury, lifestyle, fashion, jewelry, automotive, or hospitality sector

.

Skills:

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Polished and professional telephone etiquette. Ability to engage affluent clients and understand luxury buying behavior. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Fluency in

English and Hindi

(additional languages a plus).
