Position: Sales Head - Foreign Currency Exchange, Money Transfer & Insurance Products



Kadanthottu Finance Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced

Sales Head

to lead our Foreign Currency Exchange (Forex), Money Transfer, and Insurance business verticals across all company branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and will be incharge to increase business in all the 22 branches of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, acquire, and onboard new corporate and individual clients for foreign exchange and money transfer services. Promote and sell a range of forex products including currency exchange, outward remittances, prepaid forex cards, and travel-related forex solutions. Drive sales of insurance products alongside forex and remittance services. Manage and nurture existing client relationships by offering customized financial solutions and maintaining excellent service standards. Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements relevant to forex, money transfer, and insurance sectors. Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless processing and settlement of transactions. Achieve and surpass sales targets while contributing to the overall objectives of the company. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM and related tools. Represent the company at industry events, build and leverage professional networks to generate business opportunities.
Requirements:

Minimum 3

years

of proven sales experience in foreign exchange, money transfer, or insurance products. Strong understanding of forex markets, insurance products, compliance norms, and RBI regulations. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Capability to lead and motivate teams, with a proactive and independent approach. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree or certifications such as AMFI or NISM will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
