Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage overall sales operations for the Jharkhand branch. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, project clients, and retail partners. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across the region. Plan and execute monthly sales targets and strategies. Conduct market visits, dealer meetings, product demos, and follow-ups. Oversee enquiry handling, quotation preparation, order follow-up, and payment collection. Coordinate with HO for inventory, logistics, and marketing support. Maintain sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis. Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales coordination.

Requirements



Proven experience in

sales

, ideally in

audio, electronics, consumer durables, AV solutions, or similar industries

. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel across Jharkhand for market visits. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of managing field sales independently.

Minimum experience required:

2-5 years.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Salary Range



?20,000 - ?35,000 per month + Incentives (Based on experience and performance)
