Job Title: Sales Incharge

Experience: Min. 2 Years

Candidate preferred from Retail / Jewelry Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry. Guide the sales team and help them improve performance. Make sure sales targets are met every month. Keep the store clean, well-stocked, and organized. Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction. Train staff about products and customer service. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports. Keep track of stock and help during inventory checks.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Graduate in Commerce, Business, or relevant field.

2. Preferred: Minimum 3 years experience in handling sales , preferably in jewellery retail.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Other details:

Salary - 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA Job timing : 9.30 AM to 8 .30 PM
