Job Description

Roles:

Oversee and manage the sales operations within the assigned region or team. Act as the primary point of contact between management and the sales team. Ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth. Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Sales Management

- Assign targets, monitor performance, and guide sales executives.

Team Leadership

- Motivate, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve goals.

Business Development

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.

Reporting

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with key clients and address their needs effectively.

Market Analysis

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

Process Improvement

- Suggest and implement improvements to sales strategies and processes.

Coordination

- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

Revenue Growth

- Drive initiatives to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

Compliance

- Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and ethical standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
