Job Description

The Sales Incharge will be responsible for driving sales of Electric Vehicles (EVs) through effective dealer coordination, lead follow-up, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EV sales and a proven track record in enquiry handling and closing.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular follow-up with dealers and customers to ensure lead conversion. Handle dealer enquiries through calls, visits, and digital communication. Execute tele-calling activities to generate and nurture potential leads. Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new dealer prospects. Ensure timely closure of enquiries with quality follow-up. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams for stock, billing, and dispatch-related requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent follow-up and closing abilities. Knowledge of EV products and market trends. Ability to handle dealer networks and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
