Job Description

Develop and maintain a database of potential students, utilizing online channels. Engage with leads through various means (phone calls, emails) to generate interest in the institution's programs. Understand the educational goals and preferences of prospective students (e.g., field of study, location, budget, career objectives). Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the institution's programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and campus life. Offer personalized advice to help students find the right fit for their academic goals. Regularly follow up with prospective students. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners Guide prospective students through the application and admission process, including document submission, interview preparation, and visa processes. Assist students with questions about financial aid, housing, and other support services to ensure a smooth transition to their chosen institution. Meet or exceed recruitment and enrollment targets set by the organization. Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and enrollment outcomes, providing regular updates to management.
