: Inside Sales & Marketing Executive

Tamil Nadu based out of Erode, is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales & Marketing

Executive .

Role of the Inbound Sales Executive



First Point of Contact

- Attend customer calls, messages, and inquiries promptly with a professional and friendly approach.

Understand Customer Needs

- Listen carefully to the client's requirements (wedding, corporate event, temple event, decor, etc.).

Provide Tailored Solutions

- Suggest suitable event packages, services, and creative options based on their budget and preferences.

Negotiate & Close Sales

- Discuss pricing, finalize deals, and ensure successful closure of inquiries.

Coordinate with Event Coordinators

- Once sales are confirmed, smoothly hand over details to the event team for execution.

Customer Relationship

- Maintain follow-up, collect feedback, and build long-term relationships for repeat business.

Key Responsibilities



1.

Handle inbound inquiries end-to-end

- understand customer needs, provide solutions, negotiate, and close sales independently.

2.

Coordinate with Event Coordinators

to ensure smooth handover of confirmed clients and proper execution of events.

3. Proactively call and schedule meetings with potential prospects identified by the company.

4. Build and nurture strong relationships with partners such as five-star hotels, marriage halls, and existing customers.

5. Maintain and update accurate customer records in the CRM system.

6. Support sales-related social media activities such as Google reviews, LinkedIn connections, and assist in strengthening our brand presence.

7. Execute customer engagement campaigns to ensure consistent connections with prospects and clients.
