Job Description

The Sales In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the Homvogue furniture and interior studio in Manipal. The person will drive revenue growth, manage the sales team, build client relationships, ensure excellent customer experience, and collaborate with design and operations teams to convert leads into confirmed projects (furniture + interiors).

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Forecast sales, set targets, and monitor performance. Identify growth opportunities in both furniture and interior design projects.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (sales executives/consultants) in the studio. Recruit, train, and develop sales staff. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and provide feedback.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Engage with walk-in customers and leads; convert them into clients. Understand client requirements (style, budget, space) and guide them through furniture and interior solutions. Build long-term relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors. Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt follow-ups, addressing concerns, and post-sales service.

Coordination with Design & Operations

Work closely with the design team to align on client requirements, presentations, and customized solutions. Ensure timely handover of leads to design, and follow-ups on quotations, revisions, and approvals. Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for smooth execution (delivery, installation) of orders.

Studio Maintenance & Visual Merchandising

Maintain a premium studio ambiance that reflects the Homvogue brand identity. Supervise showroom layout, display of furniture, material samples, and design modules. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to attract and engage clients.

Marketing & Promotions

Coordinate with the marketing team for studio promotions, campaigns, and events. Organize client events, in-studio launches, or design workshops. Use CRM / lead management tools to track and nurture leads.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare and present regular sales performance reports (weekly/monthly) to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, revenue leakage, and improvement areas. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and recommend actionable insights.

After-Sales & Client Support

Ensure follow-up on installations, client feedback, and any service issues. Manage customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner. Maintain records of orders, payments, delivery schedules, and client communications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
