We are seeking a

dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager

to drive sales and market expansion for Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions tailored for the textile industry. The ideal candidate will combine

technical knowledge of industrial automation and IoT

with strong

sales and client relationship skills

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers in the textile manufacturing sector. Develop go-to-market strategies for IIoT products and analyze market trends. Generate leads through field visits, digital channels, exhibitions, and partnerships. Deliver technical presentations, demos, and manage the full sales cycle. Build long-term client relationships and understand customer requirements. Coordinate with engineering/product teams to align solutions with customer needs. Maintain CRM systems and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial, or related field). MBA is a plus. 3-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in IIoT, industrial automation, or textile machinery. Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes (spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing). Understanding of IIoT platforms, sensors, machine connectivity, and analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to travel frequently to client sites and exhibitions.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
