Poornam Technology is a dynamic and growing company providing IT & Non-IT manpower, Facility Management Services (FMS), and Managed IT Services to corporates, MNCs, and large enterprises. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales HR professional to help us expand our client base and deliver staffing solutions across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of clients for manpower contract staffing (IT & Non-IT).
Pitch and close deals with corporates, MNCs, and large enterprises for staffing, FMS, and managed IT services.
Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, procurement, and operations departments.
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Prepare proposals, service agreements, and presentations as needed.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and lead progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in B2B sales, staffing/recruitment business development, or HR consultancy.
Proven track record of bringing in manpower contracts or service outsourcing deals.
Strong understanding of contract staffing models, outsourcing, and managed services.
Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a relate
