Sales & Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to

customer queries

on WhatsApp and phone calls. Convert

leads into clients

by understanding their needs and offering solutions. Maintain and manage

client data

, ensuring all details are up to date. Follow up on clients about

package renewals

and additional services. Assist with

basic digital marketing

tasks to support sales and engagement efforts. Build and nurture

client relationships

to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

At least

1 year of experience

in

sales

. Strong verbal and written

communication skills

. Proficient in

WhatsApp

for business and

client communication

. Basic knowledge of

digital marketing tools
