Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Head to lead our wealth management sales vertical. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients, building trust-based relationships, and leading sales strategies across products like mutual funds, insurance, and equity investments.

Key Responsibilities



Lead client acquisition and retention efforts for HNI and ultra-HNI portfolios Conduct in-person meetings, portfolio reviews, and financial planning sessions with clients Drive revenue growth across mutual funds, stocks, and insurance products Collaborate with the research and product teams to develop customized investment strategies Build and manage a high-performing sales team in the long run Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and client meets Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards Monitor performance metrics and deliver periodic business reports to senior leadership
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Experience:

Wealth management: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

CFA (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

50% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
