The Sales Head - Tours & Travel will lead and drive overall sales strategy for leisure travel, corporate travel, group tours, MICE, and customized holiday packages. The role focuses on revenue growth, market expansion, team leadership, and strong partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (B2B & B2C)
Drive corporate, group, and leisure travel sales including FIT, GIT & MICE
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, corporates, hotels, airlines, and vendors
Identify new markets, products, and distribution channels
Oversee pricing, contracts, negotiations, and profitability
Track sales performance, forecasts, and MIS reporting
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams for seamless execution
Represent the company at trade fairs, networking events, and industry forums

Qualifications & Experience
