Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive sales for the Schiffli embroidery division by developing and executing strategic sales plans.

Identify and onboard new clients, wholesalers, exporters, and domestic buyers.

Maintain and grow relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and coordinators to achieve sales targets.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, buyer meetings, and trade fairs.

Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and sales forecasts to support management decisions.

Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with commercial terms.

Collaborate with the merchandising and sampling teams to deliver customized solutions to clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
