Sales Head
to lead our sales operations and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance showroom revenue.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and showroom events.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining showroom standards.
Work in rotational shifts as per showroom requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of proven experience in
furniture/interior sales
, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle premium clientele.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
