Designation-Sales Head
Salary-25L to 30L
The Sales Head will lead the company's real estate sales function across
residential and commercial projects -- driving business promotion, lead
generation, customer engagement, and deal closures while building and
managing a strong sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Business Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for all projects.
? Lead Generation & CRM:
Create systems for continuous lead flow and effective CRM tracking.
? Sales Strategy & Execution:
Define sales targets, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations for deal closures.
? Team Building:
Build, train, and manage a dedicated in-house sales team and channel
partner network.
? Business Development:
Forge partnerships with brokers, corporates, and investors for project sales.
? Reporting & Performance:
Track KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and report to management regularly.
Desired Profile:
? 10-15 years' experience in real estate sales (developer side preferred).
? Proven track record in residential and commercial project sales.
? Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
