Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Senior Sales Head

with

12-15 years of proven experience in real estate, luxury property, and fractional investment sales

. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with strong leadership abilities, a vast investor network, and a consistent record of delivering high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement sales strategies for premium real estate and fractional investment projects. Manage large-scale investor relations, including HNIs, UHNIs, and institutional clients. Build and expand high-performing sales teams across multiple projects. Drive revenue growth through structured campaigns, roadshows, and launch events. Establish partnerships with top brokers, wealth managers, and corporate networks. Provide market intelligence to support company strategy and new initiatives.

Requirements:

12-15 years of experience in real estate / luxury property / fractional investment sales.

Strong connections with HNIs, UHNIs, NRIs, and investment communities. Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket property and investment deals. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven success in driving sales for premium/luxury real estate developments.
