Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market share in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the travel sector, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams for B2B, B2C, and corporate travel segments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in line with the company's growth plans.
Identify and tap into new markets, corporate accounts, and travel trade opportunities.
Set annual and quarterly sales targets and ensure their achievement.
2. Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other industry partners.
Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing structures, and preferred supplier agreements.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Establish KPIs and monitor sales performance metrics.
Drive a culture of customer-centricity and high achievement.
4. Revenue & Market Expansion
Explore and implement innovative sales channels, including digital platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
5. Client Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Address client escalations promptly and effectively.
