Sales Head

to lead, scale, and drive our sales division across

Inbound, Outbound, and Enterprise channels

.

Lead and mentor high-performing teams across multiple sales verticals. Build and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee pipeline management, CRM, and performance analytics. Drive enterprise closures and negotiate with top-tier clients (Architecture, Media, AI, etc.). Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success for integrated campaigns and upselling funnels. Foster a results-oriented culture with structured training, mentorship, and performance reviews. Proven experience in

sales leadership

, preferably in

tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions

. Strong strategic mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability. Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving measurable growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
