We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our Saree & Suits division. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets.
2. Lead and manage sales teams to ensure excellent customer service.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
4. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
6. Collaborate with marketing team to promote products.
7. Analyze sales data to optimize strategies.
Requirements:
1. Experience in sales leadership (minimum 5-7 years).
2. Strong knowledge of saree and suit industry.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
5. Strong network in the textile industry.
