We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Head

to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence in residential and commercial interior projects.

Key responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance Drive end-to-end sales cycle including client meetings, negotiation, and closures Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial projects Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy, and Sales Target Achievement skills Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business

Key Skills:



Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities In-depth understanding of interior design and turnkey project sales Knowledge of BOQs, costing, contracts, and closure processes Target-driven, analytical, and strategic mindset

Qualifications:



Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
