To lead the International and national sales function for

by defining strategy, guiding regional sales teams, and driving sustainable business growth. The role focuses on strategic planning, key account acquisition, tender oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue targets and strengthen market leadership.
Define sales strategy, annual targets, and market plans aligned with company objectives.
Lead and mentor regional sales teams to achieve business goals and performance benchmarks.
Drive key account acquisition, client retention, and relationship management.
Engage with stakeholders to secure organizational approvals with clients and project owners.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Ensure visibility of the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and professional forums.
Oversee pricing strategies, bid decisions, and commercial negotiations.
Implement sales governance, CRM adoption, and performance tracking systems.
Promote cross-selling and upselling across service lines.
Drive capability-building and continuous training for the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing on branding, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
