Brahmarishi Homes is looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and experienced
Sales Head
to lead our real estate sales operations in
Vijayawada
. This is a key leadership role for someone with a proven track record in real estate who can build high-performing teams and deliver consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the
sales team
to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Design and implement effective
sales strategies
tailored to the local market
Oversee the
end-to-end sales process
including lead follow-ups, client meetings, and closures
Conduct
regular site visits
and ensure an exceptional client experience
Collaborate with the
marketing and project teams
to support lead generation and conversion
Monitor and analyze
market trends, competitor activities
, and customer feedback
Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing and prospective clients
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in
real estate sales
Proven leadership and
team management
skills
Strong interpersonal and
negotiation abilities
Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Familiarity with the
Vijayawada real estate market
is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
