Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and Executing Sales Strategies:

Creating and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals to increase revenue and market share.

Setting Sales Targets and Monitoring Performance:

Establishing ambitious sales goals and developing action plans to achieve them, while monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments.

Leading and Motivating the Sales Team:

Managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to maximize performance and achieve individual and team goals.

Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:

Establishing strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.

Analyzing Market Trends and Competitor Activity:

Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

Collaborating with Other Departments:

Working with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment in business activities.

Negotiating and Closing Deals:

Participating in high-level negotiations and strategic decisions to close deals and secure new business.

Managing Sales Operations:

Overseeing sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization.

Reporting to Senior Management:

Providing regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and progress towards goals.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?108,798.74 per month
