Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and manage the entire sales function for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential and/or commercial real estate sales, team leadership, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Sales Leadership



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to adjust sales strategies.

2. Team Management



Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive structures. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous improvement.

3. Sales Operations



Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Work closely with CRM systems to ensure efficient lead management and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the sales process.

4. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, brokers, and channel partners. Drive customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration



Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Project teams to align strategies and operations. Provide feedback to marketing for campaign effectiveness and brand visibility.

6. Reporting & Analytics



Generate regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 10-15 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong network in the real estate industry (brokers, channel partners, clients). Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve ambitious sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Preferred Skills:



Exposure to both residential and commercial real estate projects. Experience in launching new real estate projects. Familiarity with digital and channel sales strategies. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulatory environment.
