Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
Drive sales of Effica and related automation solutions to OEMs, end users, and system integrators.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industrial sectors (automotive, manufacturing, robotics, etc.).
Manage key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term partnerships.
Work closely with technical and project teams to propose suitable solutions for client requirements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance excellence.
Coordinate with the application, design, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in industrial automation / control systems / motion solutions / robotics sales.
Strong technical understanding of Effica, PLC, HMI, and automation products.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer relationship management.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering.
MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification (preferred).
