Location: Southern India Profile- Head - Sales and Marketing Experience: Minimum 8+ years Ctc- 8.4 Lpa + Performance-Based Variables

Working Days- 6 days (9am-6pm)

Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Industrial Valves, Pumps, Chillers, Vacuum Pumps, and other Fabricated Equipment.

We serve clients across diverse industrial sectors and are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our sales and marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall

Sales and Marketing strategy

for the company. Identify and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users. Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations for static and fabricated equipment. Drive sales growth by achieving business targets and expanding market share. Conduct regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer feedback collection. Collaborate with the design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely project execution. Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and client meetings. Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

with strong technical and commercial acumen. Minimum

8-10 years of proven experience

in marketing and selling industrial/static equipment. Deep understanding of

Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Pumps, Chillers, and Fabrication Equipment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Willingness to travel extensively across Southern India and other regions when required.

Educational Qualification:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
