About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales (B2B) to drive institutional and corporate sales for our entertainment verticals - Theme Park, Aquarium, and Family Entertainment Zone. The role involves building strong partnerships with corporates, institutions, travel agencies, and event planners while leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust B2B sales strategy to maximize revenue.
Build partnerships with corporates for employee engagement programs, bulk ticketing, and events.
Drive institutional sales with schools, colleges, and educational groups.
Collaborate with travel agencies, tour operators, and event management companies.
Lead and motivate the B2B sales team to deliver targets.
Monitor pricing, discounting, and promotions to ensure profitability.
Ensure seamless client service and repeat business through effective relationship management.
Oversee CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and pipeline.
Collect client feedback and work with operations/marketing to enhance offerings.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and create innovative B2B packages.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance for business success.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of annual B2B revenue targets.
Growth in corporate, institutional, and travel trade partnerships.
Customer retention and repeat business.
Sales pipeline health and conversion ratio.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
12-18 years of experience in B2B sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in hospitality, tourism, entertainment, or events preferred.
Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and manage large client portfolios.
Experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
