Sales Head
to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team.
The
Sales Head
will be responsible for managing complete sales operations, setting sales strategies, handling the BDE team, and achieving business targets across all EdTech offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage
end-to-end EdTech sales operations
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to achieve revenue targets
Lead, train, and manage a team of
BDEs / Sales Executives
Define sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure closures
Oversee lead conversion, counseling, and follow-up processes
Work closely with marketing and operations teams for lead optimization
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to management
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Improve sales processes and team productivity continuously
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of experience in EdTech sales
(mandatory)
Strong experience in
sales leadership and team handling
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
