We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Head
to lead and expand the Academy's sales operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions growth, building institutional/academic partnerships, managing sales teams, and ensuring consistent revenue achievement.
This role is strategic, high-impact, and essential to the nationwide growth of Reliance Animation Academy.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual admission and revenue targets.
Expand the academy's presence across India through new market development and territory penetration.
Identify high-potential markets and segments for animation, VFX, gaming, and multimedia education.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Management
Oversee lead generation activities across digital, offline, and partner channels.
Guide the admissions team to ensure effective counseling, follow-ups, and conversion of inquiries to enrollments.
Monitor CRM usage, pipeline progress, and conversion efficiency.
3. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions and sales teams to achieve collective targets.
Conduct sales training, performance reviews, and daily/weekly sales huddles.
Ensure high levels of productivity, discipline, and customer engagement across the team.
4. Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and industry partners.
Develop strong networks that support student enrollment and brand visibility.
Facilitate counselling sessions, information seminars, and education awareness activities.
5. Market Analysis & Reporting
Track trends in animation/VFX/gaming education and identify new revenue opportunities.
Analyse sales data to forecast revenue, identify gaps, and plan corrective strategies.
Provide regular sales reports to management with clear insights and recommendations.
6. Branding & Representation
Represent the academy at events, exhibitions, seminars, and student outreach programs.
Drive brand visibility and ensure consistent communication of the academy's value proposition.
