What will you do:
Lead and manage the end-to-end sales operations at the site.
Ensure site targets are achieved in terms of bookings, customer visits, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to boost customer satisfaction and referrals.
Supervise and guide on-site sales staff to improve performance and productivity.
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to implement effective sales strategies.
Ensure timely documentation, payment follow-up, and coordination with banks for loan processing.
Stay updated with local market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain site discipline and ensure an excellent customer experience during site visits.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
In-depth understanding of the real estate process and documentation.
Sound knowledge of banking processes related to home loans and customer financing.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
