We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head to independently lead and scale B2B sales operations with the goal of generating at least 4x return on the investment made in the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, especially within the SaaS, accounting-tech, ERP, or fintech sectors, and a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, strategize effectively, and drive measurable growth. This role will focus on acquiring and managing clients such as CA firms and SMEs across India.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a robust B2B sales strategy to drive client acquisition, focusing on CA firms and SMEs. * Revenue Growth:
Ensure that the sales efforts deliver a minimum of 4x return on the cost of the sales team through aggressive revenue growth and client expansion. * Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of 6-10 sales professionals. Set clear goals, provide coaching, and ensure high levels of performance and accountability. * Client Acquisition:
Identify and secure new business opportunities by engaging directly with business owners, CFOs, finance heads, and key decision-makers. * Market Insight & Adaptation:
Stay abreast of industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities. Adapt sales strategies to remain competitive and effective. * Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, forecast revenue trends, and report performance to senior leadership. * Collaboration with Marketing:
Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies, run campaigns, and increase brand awareness in the target segments.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in delivering revenue growth, especially within SaaS, accounting-tech, or related sectors.
  • Experience working with CA firms and SMEs, with a strong understanding of their financial operations and decision-making processes.
  • Track record of delivering minimum 4x ROI on sales team costs.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification preferred.
