Position: Head of Sales & Marketing

*Work Location: Cochin

Age: Below 45 - Male

Exp: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the steel or pipe manufacturing industry

Salary: As per Market Standard

Reports To: CEO/Management Board

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales operations of the steel pipe division across regions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, and industrial sectors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate closely with the production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS for management review.
Key Skills:

Proven track record in B2B industrial sales, preferably in steel pipes, tubes, or allied products.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of market dynamics in the steel industry.
Ability to manage multiple regions and large customer accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP-based sales management systems.

Pay: ₹22,290.10 - ₹50,548.11 per month
