Key Responsibilities:
?Develop and execute national/regional sales strategies and growth roadmap.
?Identify new business opportunities across residential, C&I sectors.
?Stay updated on industry developments, policies, and regulations.
?Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
?Manage sales budget, forecast revenue, and optimize sales processes.
?Build strong client and partner relationships, lead negotiations, and close deals.

What We're Looking For:
?Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
?10+ years in solar or renewable energy sales leadership with a proven track record.
?Strong understanding of solar technology, project finance, and regulations.
?Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
?Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
?Willingness to travel.
