Role Overview
Siddhi Homes is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Head
to lead and inspire our team of Sales Managers. The ideal candidate must have
proven experience in real estate sales leadership
(preferably in high-rise apartments and luxury villas) and
technical knowledge in Civil Engineering
to handle final client negotiations with authority and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and drive a team of
Sales Managers
to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
Guide the team in lead management, client meetings, and closing deals.
Leverage
civil engineering knowledge
to clarify technical aspects, design details, and construction specifications to clients during final negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Review sales performance regularly and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams for effective campaign execution.
Present sales reports and forecasts to top management.
Uphold Siddhi Homes' brand values while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years in
real estate sales
, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role
handling teams.
Proven track record in selling
high-rise apartments and villas
.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities to
motivate and drive sales teams vibrantly and dedicatedly
.
Deep understanding of
real estate market dynamics
in Kochi and other areas for near future expansions.
