Sales Head
to lead our sales function and drive nationwide expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire sales function across India for both manufacturing and construction verticals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients, contractors, vendors, and partners.
Oversee team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high productivity.
Conduct regular market research to understand trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Travel across Pan India for client meetings, site visits, and business development.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams for strategy alignment.
Ensure timely reporting, CRM data upkeep, and MIS submissions.
Negotiate high-value deals and close contracts with long-term clients.
Promote ethical behavior and reinforce the company's core values at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
