Role Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Head - Sales & Marketing to lead the overall sales strategy and marketing initiatives for our luxury township projects. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of premium real estate markets, customer acquisition, brand building, and digital-first marketing strategies tailored for HNI/Ultra-HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership

  • Define and implement the sales strategy for Della Township's luxury residential projects.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations including customer engagement, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with HNI/Ultra-HNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with CRM and customer service teams to ensure top-tier post-sale client experience.
Marketing Leadership
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential platforms.
  • Manage brand positioning, storytelling, and identity for Della Township in alignment with company vision.
  • Oversee social media strategy, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, influencer partnerships, and luxury event planning.
  • Analyse campaign ROI, sales funnel data, and lead quality to continuously improve strategy.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, and PR partners.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative BTL activities, roadshows, and luxury brand collaborations.
Job Expectations:
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a focus on luxury or integrated township projects.
  • Proven success in leading large sales and marketing teams and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas in premium real estate, especially HNIs/Ultra-HNIs.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), analytics, and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of creativity, business acumen, and execution excellence.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum Job Experience: 10-15 years
