Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in India.
Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and skill development.
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Analyze sales data to drive decision-making and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
