Key Responsibilities
Lead the showroom sales operations to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual unit & revenue goals.
Recruit, coach, and mentor the sales team; set individual & team targets; monitor performance.
Ensure high quality customer service from first contact through delivery and after-sales.
Maintain showroom presentation standards (display, inventory, ambience, compliance with brand SOPs).
Coordinate with finance, marketing, service & other departments to support sales & create promotions.
Analyze market trends, sales metrics, competitor activity; adapt strategy & drive continuous improvement.
Manage showroom budget, cost control, and profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Deep sales experience: you must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Leadership skills: ability to lead and motivate a team, with solid people-management experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship & closing skills.
Good analytical instincts: able to interpret sales data, make forecasts & adjust tactics.
Operational knowledge: inventory management, showroom operations, documentation, sales process.
Customer focus and problem-solving capability.
