Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve consistent performance. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy. Forecast sales performance, analyze data, and present reports to management. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution. Drive digital tools and modern sales practices to improve efficiency. Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals for long-term growth.

Requirements

MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategy. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics. Ability to travel extensively as required.
