Job Description

We are seeking a driven and hands-on

Sales Head

to lead our sales efforts across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in daily team coordination, lead management, cross-functional collaboration, and direct customer engagement. This role demands both strategic thinking and daily execution to drive growth and ensure a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

daily meetings

with online team leaders and offline sales teams to track progress and provide guidance Ensure

smooth and timely lead flow

from the marketing department to the sales team

Gather insights

and feedback from the sales team and collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment and execution Oversee and ensure

arrangements for demo sessions

to effectively showcase the product and boost conversions Make

at least 25 sales calls per day

to engage leads and drive conversions Meet with

parents and guardians

to understand their needs and

convince them to adopt our product

Perform regular

quality checks

on sales processes and interactions to maintain high standards and improve customer experience
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
