REQUIRED- Sales Head AT Surat Kim LOCATION About The Company - Waste Recycling Prior experience in the recycling industry Experience of at least 10-15 years as a Sales Head (preferably from a Waste Recycling INDUSTRY) Location - Surat (Kim) The Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company\'s sales objectives. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends to drive revenue growth. Set sales targets and goals, and establish sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including setting sales quotas, territories, and performance metrics.
