Job Summary:
The
SalesHead
will be responsible for leading the entire sales function, driving revenue growth, and ensuring successful closure of residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves strategizing, team leadership, client relationship management, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for all real estate projects.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business decisions.
Prepare monthly and annual sales forecasts.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular sales training, performance reviews, and guidance sessions.
Ensure high levels of productivity and professionalism across the team.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Oversee lead generation, follow-up, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to possession.
4. Project Promotion & Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to develop project campaigns and promotional activities.
Participate in property expos, on-ground events, and digital marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth transaction processes.
5. Revenue & Performance Management
Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track performance metrics, conversion ratios, and provide detailed MIS reports to management.
Implement corrective measures to improve sales results when required.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
8-12+ years of relevant experience in real estate sales, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial or leadership role
