Assisting in negotiations
Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning
Teaching weekly training classes (live or virtual)
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Hiring and training staff
Planning and directing sales team training
Working on sales scripts with team
Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships
Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting
Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly
Staying informed on real estate industry
Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets
SKILL SETS:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, can work independently.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). REQUIREMENTS:
At least 7 to 10 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 5 years at managerial level.
Experience in strategy development within Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
