Craft and drive sales strategy across projects, designing team structures, incentive plans, and pricing frameworks to meet/exceed revenue goals--while ensuring accurate forecasting and performance visibility.
Lead and build the sales team, recruiting, coaching, motivating, and standardizing best practices to achieve peak productivity.
Expand channel & partner eco system, managing broker relations, channel alliances, and institutional buyers to diversify lead flow.
Oversee end-to-end deal execution, from lead qualification and site visits to proposal negotiation and closure--ensuring legal/regulatory compliance and seamless handover to CRM teams.
Analyze real-time CRM & market data, maintaining optimal conversion, collection, and sales velocity metrics while optimizing funnel efficiency.
Collaborate across functions, partnering with marketing, product design, finance, and customer service to create compelling go-to-market campaigns and post-sale experiences.
Represent the company externally, attending industry events, NRI forums, and investment conferences to strengthen brand presence and lead acquisition.
Expectations:
12-18 years in real estate sales; at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Head of Sales, AP/VP/GM, etc.)
In-depth awareness of local property laws/regulations (RERA, etc.), micro-market pricing, and buyer segmentation.
Strategic thinker, data-driven, influential communicator, able to build and inspire teams.
