Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our real estate sales operations across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, deep market knowledge, and a strong CP network to drive revenue and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire sales team across multiple projects Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets Strengthen and expand CP network across Tricity Oversee client acquisition, site visits, and deal closures Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and leadership teams for campaign alignment Monitor sales performance, reporting, and pipeline management Mentor and train sales managers and executives

Requirements:

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong CP connections in Mohali, Chandigarh, and Panchkula Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven track record of driving team performance and revenue growth Must have own vehicle for client and site meetings
