Job Description


As the Sales Head for our residential real estate division, you will be responsible for leading and directing all sales activities related to our residential projects. This includes managing a team of sales executives and managers, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales executives and managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive their performance and productivity. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company\'s objectives and the unique selling points of each residential project. Sales Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring they are met or exceeded. Implement incentive programs to motivate and reward top performers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, addressing their inquiries, conducting site visits, and providing exceptional customer service. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and approaches accordingly. Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other materials that effectively communicate the features and benefits of the residential projects. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously review and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualities:

  • Proven experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
  • Local intelligence of Malad residential sales market
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, residential market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and analytics.
  • A track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb975,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9100,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Weekend availability

  • Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
