About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated, articulate Presales Executive with 1-4 years of experience in real estate presales or sales support--preferably in premium residential projects by developers like
Lodha, Gera, Godrej, Majestic, Kohinoor, Mahindra
. You will serve as the critical early touchpoint for high-intent clients, conducting lead qualification via inbound/outbound calls and walk-ins, understanding their requirements, and coordinating site visits with precision. While not directly closing deals, your ability to deliver polished presentations, nurture prospects, and feed sales-ready leads to the team will be key to conversion success.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls and walk-ins
Present project overviews tailored to client needs
Schedule visits and maintain CRM data accurately
Provide timely follow-up and marketing support to drive conversions
Support marketing collateral development and presentations
